7 Tips For Weight Loss With Small Efforts And No Side Effects

It is a dream for all of us to maintain our health and having a normal body weight to look slim and beautiful. It is a trend now a days to become skinny and attractive because looks matters but we can’t maintain a weight and we do strict diet plan and all that, after that we feel sick. So I will tell you to maintain a healthy weight with small efforts and no side effects.

 

1.Healthy food portion

Eat fruits , vegetables , salads , eat variety of foods but in small portions just to fulfil the body requirements and proper nutrients intake. Use boil vegetables with salt and pepper instead of frying vegetables in oils.

2.Stay hydrated

Drink a lot of water and fresh juices. Drink 8- 10 glass of water per day. Orange juice is very helpful in weight loss because it boost metabolism and helpful in digestion.

3.Small portion of food:

Intake food in smaller portions because it help reduce calorie intake. Eat meals , don’t skip your favorite meals but eat in smaller portions.

4.Eat Light Foods

Eat light foods such as boiled rice with lentils and salads. It is very comfortable and yummy meal. Drink lentil soups , They are very helpful in weight loss and are tasty too.

5.Avoid carbonated drinks/,Sugars

Use homemade juices instead of high sugars and carbonated drinks, use lemonade with a pinch of salt and less sugar. Avoid bakery items cakes etc or use fruits as natural sweeteners when you crave more for sweets.

6.Do regular exercise and walk:

Morning walk is very helpful in maintaining a good weight and health. Do regular exercise at gym. In start 15 minutes and than increase your walk timing to 30 minutes and more.

7.Make sleeping pattern

Sleep 8-9 hours at night, avoid stress. Enough sleep is also helpful to weight loss because lack of sleep can disrupt hormones that regulate hunger which leads to overeating.

Conclusion:

In conclusions, a healthy weight is mandatory for healthy lifestyle, over weight can cause many health issues such as heart diseases and many more. Avoid eating junk food and intake of healthy items are good for health and maintaining a good weight. Regular exercise , drink plenty of water, protein shakes, and less use of sugar are  very helpful in weight loss.
