7 Tips For healthy And Glowing Skin Naturally At Home

Achieving healthy and glowing skin at home naturally requires following these essential tips.

 

1.Stay hydrated:

Drinking a lot of water fresh juices regularly is very important for achieving a healthy and glowing skin. Drink at least 8 glass of water daily  because it can flush out toxins.

 

2.Proper and healthy meal

Fruits are the rich source of vitamins , eat fruits for example Orange , ( because it is rich in vitamin C) intake of vitamin A,C and E  and omega 3 fatty acids which are very helpful for healthy and glowing skin. Include fish, Eggs and milk in your diet. Eat salads regularly.

 

3.Maintains a skin care routine:

Make a skin care routine which includes cleanser which is organic and chemical free , Use a toner moisturizer plays a very important role in maintaining a healthy skin because it removes dryness and gives you a glass skin tone.

 

4.Exfoliation:

It is most important step. Exfoliate your skin 1,2 times  in a week it can remove dead cells and promotes healthy cells. Use natural scrubs like oatmeal, sugar, or coffee grounds mixed with honey or yogurt.

 

5.Get proper sleep:

Enough sleep is very important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and skin. At least 7-9 hours of sleep per night because poor sleep can lead you darker skin tone and dark circles.

 

6.Regular Exercise:

Regular exercise is very important. It improves blood circulation which is helpful in delivering nutrients to skin and removes waste products. Sweating is also very helpful to clear out pores.

 

7.Protection from the sun( UV rays):

Use sunscreen daily, even on cloudy days, to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Opt for a natural, broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.
